• Analyze business processes: Understand how customer orders move through the company, from order placement through payment.
• Own OMS requirements: Document how the Order Management System should function, clarify requirements, and resolve confusion when project teams misunderstand the system.
• Create technical requirements documentation (TRD): Produce detailed documentation describing business needs, system requirements, workflows, and expected functionality.
• Work with

Salesforce:

Support business processes and requirements involving Salesforce and its integration with order management.

• Support Agile product teams: Work with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, refine backlogs, and support delivery.
• Follow intake procedures: Ensure requests enter the team through the correct process, are properly documented, and are escalated when necessary.
