Description Job Duties:
Monitor, test, and maintain the company computer systems. Installation of hardware and software. Administration of the Office 365 requirements of the company. Identify training needs. Troubleshoot program and system issues and resolve IT-related incidents. Prepare reports for management as necessary. Provide guidance and assistance with the implementation of computer systems and IT-related projects and new technologies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related field.
