Job Description Insight Global is seeking a UX/UI Designer to help design intuitive, user-centered experiences for internal and customer-facing applications. This individual will partner closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to conduct user research, define information architecture, create wireframes and prototypes, build design systems, and deliver high-quality experiences that align with modern web application standards. The ideal candidate has experience supporting Agile software teams, working within React/Material UI environments, and translating complex business needs into simple, effective user experiences. Pay Rate

• $30-40/hour.

• 5+ years of UX/UI or Product Design experience
• Strong experience with Figma
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and requirements gathering
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and information architecture
• Experience building or contributing to design systems
• Strong collaboration skills working with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders
• Experience supporting Agile / Scrum product teams
• Strong understanding of accessibility and usability best practices
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Experience designing enterprise SaaS applications
• Experience working with React and Material UI development teams
• Experience with AI-assisted prototyping or AI-enabled product experiences
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Miro
• Scrum Product Owner or Agile certifications
• Experience creating and maintaining large-scale design systems
• Front-end development knowledge (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
