A User Interface or User Experience (UI / UX) Designer assists with technology design to make products easier for people to use. Determines user preferences and assesses the process that users follow to access product functions; develops and tests new design models, and incorporates findings in to improved product design. Researches the behavior of internet users and consumers, compiles information about the target audience for a site, and develops website layout, design and technology features that improve accessibility and value for users.

- As the Director of User Experience, you will: + Lead impactful design by empowering your team to create exceptional, modern experiences that solve complex problems and are grounded in data, insights, and a deep understanding of our customers!
- Requirements
- To be considered for this role, you have: + Proven experience in a senior UX Design leadership role, including 3+ years of people management experience leading and developing design teams of 10 or more.
- A portfolio is required to be considered for this position
