The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks and vans. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to quality service. Responsibilities Safely operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks and vans, to transport goods to designated locations. Ensure all deliveries are made in a timely manner while adhering to traffic laws and company policies. Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns from clients. Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation as required. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability. Collaborate with warehouse staff to manage inventory levels and assist with loading/unloading as needed. Qualifications Previous experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred. Valid driver's license, and chauffeurs license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks associated with loading/unloading goods. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
