The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and committed to providing professional service. Key Responsibilities Pick up and deliver packages and documents according to assigned schedules. Verify shipment details and delivery information before completing deliveries. Handle packages carefully throughout the pickup and delivery process. Communicate with customers regarding delivery instructions when needed. Maintain accurate records of completed pickups and deliveries. Report delivery issues, delays, or other concerns to the appropriate team member. Follow assigned routes and company delivery procedures. Keep delivery equipment and work areas organized. Provide courteous and professional customer service. Follow applicable safety and company guidelines while performing deliveries. Qualifications Previous courier, delivery, logistics, or customer service experience is helpful. Reliable and punctual with strong organizational skills.
