We are looking for a reliable driver with a positive attitude to join our team as an Utz Chips and Snacks Route Salesman/Driver. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting, delivering, and selling Utz Chips and Snack products to customers like Target, Walmart and other grocery stores in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, a good driving record, and some sales skills. • We are looking for someone with a positive attitude that can work independently and as part of a team
• Valid drivers license with a good driving record
• Must be willing to start at 6-7am or earlier (ideally 6am-2pm but still very flexible and you could work a long day one day and a half day the next etc)
• Drive a 16-18 foot cubevan (no special license) to and from designated delivery points, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Load and unload pallets, cases, and individual items from the warehouse to the vehicle and vice versa.
• Deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner, ensuring all items are in good condition and rotated properly.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, adhering to all safety and company policies.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and time management.
