Part-Time Medical Courier Driver - Rotating Week-On / Week-Off Schedule Axis Medical Transport LLC is seeking two dependable part-time medical courier drivers for an anticipated federal healthcare transportation contract in the Alamogordo, NM area. This position will operate on a two-driver rotating schedule. One driver will perform the scheduled route for one week while the second driver serves as the designated standby/backup driver. The following week, the roles rotate. Route Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• Approximately 4.5 hours per active route day
• Afternoon pickup in the Holloman AFB area
• Delivery to a medical facility in El Paso, TX
• Approximately 170 route miles per service day Compensation
• Active route work: $23.00/hour base wage + $5.42/hour Health & Welfare cash fringe
• Total direct route compensation: $28.42/hour
• Standby week: $45 per scheduled service day
• Paid training
• Paid sick time in accordance with applicable federal requirements Responsibilities
• Safely transport sealed medical laboratory specimens between designated federal medical facilities
• Maintain secure custody of specimens throughout transport
• Follow established pickup and delivery procedures
• Complete required route and chain-of-custody documentation
• Maintain professional communication with Axis management and Government personnel
• Follow privacy, HIPAA, safety, and specimen-handling requirements
• Serve as either the scheduled route driver or designated backup driver according to the weekly rotation Minimum Requirements
• Valid U.S. driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to obtain and maintain access to military installations
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Professional appearance and communication
• Ability to complete required HIPAA, privacy, safety, installation-access, and medical specimen transportation training
• Must be able to reliably complete the Alamogordo-to-El Paso route when scheduled Important This is an anticipated position contingent upon federal contract award.
