As a Parts Runner, you will be an integral part of our service and installation teams, ensuring they have the tools and materials they need to succeed in the field. This part-time position , involves delivering parts and supplies to in-field service technicians, pool installers and spa delivery teams, as well as assisting with light warehouse tasks when needed. This role is perfect for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This is a part-time position and is not eligible for insurance or 401k benefits.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver parts and supplies, in a company supplied vehicle, from the store to in-field service technicians and pool installation teams promptly and accurately. Coordinate with Service Tech, Pool and Spa Delivery Coordinators to determine parts and supply needs while on the job. Ensure all transported items are accounted for and properly documented. Assist with inventory management tasks, including stocking, organizing, and tracking parts in the warehouse. Perform light warehouse duties as needed, such as loading/unloading vehicles and maintaining a clean workspace. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely deliveries and minimize downtime. Collaborate with the Service Department to maintain an efficient workflow and uphold Watson's high standards of customer service. Adhere to company safety guidelines and operational procedures. Assist with other responsibilities of as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

Available to work a Monday-Friday schedule 10am-4pm Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Bi-lingual preferred, but not required. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Reliable and punctual with a commitment to completing tasks efficiently. Previous experience in a similar role or with inventory/warehouse operations is a plus. Familiarity with pools, spas, or home recreation products is beneficial but not required.
