We drop the box where they need it, when they need it, then move or store it for them. We're a small, local company looking for a professional, customer‑focused driver who takes pride in safe driving, clean equipment, and respectful behavior on customers' property. If you like operating equipment, working independently, and being home every night, this could be a great fit. What you'll do Safely drive our non‑CDL trucks to deliver and pick up portable storage containers at homes and job sites Operate our forklift‑style loading equipment to place containers where customers need them (training provided) Follow customer placement requests within safe limits and explain options when something isn't possible Clean and inspect containers inside and out before each delivery (sweep, blow out, wash as needed) Perform minor repairs and touch‑ups on containers (seals, caulking, cosmetic fixes) as directed Complete basic pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and the office about ETAs, site conditions, and job status Treat every driveway and property with care: avoid damage, leave the site clean, and say "thank you" for the business What success looks like Customers describe you as polite, respectful, on‑time, and easy to work with Containers show up clean and ready to use every time Zero complaints about language, attitude, or professionalism Safe driving record with no preventable accidents or major violations Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record 1+ years driving larger vehicles (box truck, flatbed, tow truck, or similar) preferred Comfortable operating or learning to operate forklift‑style equipment Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all seasons Reliable, punctual, and able to work 7am-4pm Mon-Friday Professional language and behavior on customer property at all times (no profanity, no trash‑talking customers) Nice to have Experience in moving, construction, delivery, or other field service work Experience operating forklifts, skid steers, or similar equipment

Pay:

$23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Are you willing to complete a background check and motor vehicle record check as part of the hiring process?
