$2,500 monthly potential based on number of tripsemployment type: full-timejob title: Team DriverSUR Logistics, a Non-Emergency Medical Transport Company, is looking for an experienced full-time driver in the Salem/Keizer Oregon area. Most trips are short distance serving the Salem and Keizer areas. Operational hours are Monday through Friday from roughly 7am to 6pm. No after hour/unscheduled trips are assigned to the Team Driver. Trips are pre assigned the afternoon prior, there are no dispatched trips. Team Drivers are paid weekly for trips completed the previous week at $8.50 per trip, a gas allowance is provided. Industry experience is required - hours are roughly 7am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Basic duties include door-to-door transport of clients as well as loading and unloading client's walker if applicable. Team Driver will follow a detailed daily trip schedule (Manifest) provided prior to the work shift. There are no continuous or micro-managed dispatch as the schedule will outline trips for the day. Team Driver will be paid $8.50 per trip completed. Specific personal qualifications and requirements include a positive attitude and professionalism; friendliness, professional appearance/appropriate hygiene, and dependability are basic qualifications. A clean four door sedan/SUV will be acceptable. Knowledge of GPS mapping and ownership of a new-model smart phone with hands-free headset and text feature, including Google Maps is required prior to first day of employment. A phone car charger is also required. Team Drivers must have a relatively clean driving record and be able to pass a background check and drug test including cannabis. Three industry certificates will need to be completed online. These expenses are paid by the employer.
