Ultimately, we are a bunch of nice people to work with supporting an awesome organization here in Morgantown. are currently hiring motivated individuals in our Box Truck Helper/Warehouse Helper position . We want someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service and upholding the standards of a high-end thrift store!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide Excellent customer service and ensure a great donation experience for our donors. Ride in a box truck on various predetermined routes and pick up donated furniture (can include large/heavy items). Help clean and perform/report basic maintenance on vehicles (Check tires, fluids, etc.). Communicate our vision and mission with donors and store customers. Comply with established standards and policies of The Ranch Community Store's Management. A successful candidate with possess these qualities: Positive and professional attitude with customers, co-workers, and management. The ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment. Able to work both independently and in a team. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Has attention to detail. Flexibility to respond to the changing needs of the work environment, including willingness to move from one job role to another at the direction of Management.

QUALIFICATIONS

: High School diploma or equivalent (preferred) Minimum of six months retail experience in a service-oriented business (Preferred) Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English Basic math skills Valid WV Driver's License Pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
