Hirschbach Motor Lines, a leader in refrigerated transport throughout the U.S., is currently seeking dedicated and safety-conscious CDL A Truck Drivers. Our drivers are crucial to maintaining our reputation for high-quality and reliable delivery services for temperature-sensitive goods. As part of our team, you will operate modern, well-maintained trucks and be supported by logistics professionals who value your time and expertise. Responsibilities Safely operate a tractor-trailer to transport refrigerated goods across the U. S. Perform pre-and post-trip inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulatory requirements Maintain communication with dispatch to report any issues or delays and to receive delivery instructions Manage logs of working hours and rest periods to comply with federal regulations Follow all applicable traffic laws, ensure cargo is secure, and handle documentation necessary for cargo transport Required Skills Ability to maneuver and drive large vehicles Strong time management and organizational skills Solid communication skills and ability to follow instructions Basic mechanical skills to assess vehicle performance and minor repairs Knowledge of electronic equipment for logging hours and routes
