Ashland, KY | Fuel Transport Drivers ( Day Shift and Night Shift) Average Annual Pay Based on Experience $77,610.00 Eagle Transport operates terminals throughout the eastern United States, specializing in the transportation of fuel, chemicals, and dry bulk products. As our team expands in the Southeast, we are hiring experienced Class A drivers for local roles in Ashland, KY. Day positions 8:00 and 10:00am start times. Night Positions 6:00 pm Start time. Fuel Truck Drivers with Eagle Transport ensure the safe transportation of petroleum products to various locations surrounding Roanoke, VA while adhering to DOT regulations, corporate policies, and company protocols. Job Duties Complete dispatched loads of petroleum products by picking up from the rack and safely delivering to customer stores and facilities, ensuring that all deliveries are timely and accurate. Manage all aspects of safe truck operation according to DOT regulation Eagle Company policies and safety protocols. Accurately prepare and complete all required equipment and delivery reports. Work closely with dispatch and other team members to optimize delivery routes and schedules Requirements Be at least 23 years of age with a valid Class A CDL and tanker (N) and hazmat (H) endorsement (Combination X) , and the ability to operate a vehicle with air brakes. Have a minimum of 1 year tractor- trailer driving experience within the past 7 years. No more than two (2) moving violations in the past three (3) years or 4 in 7 years. No
DUI/DWI/OUI
within the past ten (10) years. Have no chargeable "DOT-Recordable" accidents while driving a commercial vehicle in the past three (3) years.
