This is a full-time day position based out of Braintree, Massachusetts . We will train the right person on the pumping operation, but candidates must have at least 2 years of professional driving experience , a clean driving record, and a mechanically inclined mindset. This is steady, year-round work with an opportunity to grow within the company. Responsibilities Safely operate a non-CDL service truck to customer locations. Pump and service interior grease traps at commercial customer sites. Follow daily route assignments and communicate with dispatch. Perform basic setup, pumping, cleanup, and job completion procedures. Interact professionally with customers while on site. Complete service paperwork, job notes, and required documentation. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks. Keep the truck clean, stocked, and ready for daily work. Report mechanical issues, safety concerns, spills, access problems, or customer issues promptly. Follow company safety procedures and all applicable driving requirements. Assist with other company divisions as needed, including pumping, drain cleaning, plumbing, pipe lining, or general field support. Requirements Minimum 2 years of driving experience required. Valid driver's license. Clean driving record. Must pass pre-employment drug screening. Must pass background check after conditional offer, consistent with company policy and applicable law. Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with pumps, hoses, tools, and equipment. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Strong customer service and communication skills. Able to work around grease, odors, wet conditions, and commercial kitchen/service environments. Able to lift, pull, bend, climb in and out of truck, and perform physical field work.
