SUMMARY Responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of vehicles within the auto group.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Essential duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Safely operate an F-750 hauling a 6-car trailer to transport vehicles to and from designated locations. Safely load, unload, and secure vehicles. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety. Adhere to all ODOT regulations and company policies to ensure compliance and safety. Maintain a clean driving record and obey all traffic laws and regulations. Communicate effectively with dispatchers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must have a valid Class A CDL with a company-acceptable driving record. Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Must be able to operate both standard and automatic vehicles. Must maintain a professional appearance.

EDUCATION

High School diploma or

GED. EXPERIENCE.

Minimum of four years or more of CDL-A experience is required. Minimum of four years of experience with car hauling or operating a 50-foot trailer.

REQUIREMENTS

Walking, standing, sitting for 1 to 4 hours in a shift. Bending, stretching, lifting, reaching and climbing. Possess physical and manual dexterity.
