(DDI) is looking for motivated individuals to join our delivery team as Route Delivery Drivers at our Arbor Vitae location. This full-time position offers a consistent 4-day work week (Tuesday-Friday) and the opportunity to manage your own delivery route while representing one of Northern Wisconsin's leading beverage distributors. What You'll Do Deliver beer and beverage products safely and accurately to retail customers throughout your assigned route. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through dependable service. Provide accurate and timely deliveries while following company processes and procedures. Ensure order, inventory, and invoice accuracy. Manage product returns and related documentation. Stock and rotate product at customer locations to maintain quality and freshness. Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and company leadership. Work independently while being part of a supportive delivery team. What We're Looking For Valid Class A CDL with a good driving record preferred. Candidates without a Class A CDL are encouraged to apply—DDI provides training opportunities for qualified candidates. Strong communication and customer service skills. Dependable work ethic and ability to manage responsibilities independently. Ability to build positive relationships with customers. Beverage industry experience preferred but not required. Ability to safely lift up to 175 lbs. Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation. Full-time, 4-day work week (Tuesday-Friday). Home every night—no overnight travel. Consistent local delivery routes. Opportunity to obtain your Class A CDL if you do not have one upon hire. Starting pay is $21.39 per hour while obtaining your CDL. Upon obtaining your Class A CDL, pay increases to $30.00 per hour . Retention bonuses available for Delivery Department employees. Schedule:
