2991426493-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Orica seeks a safety-focused CDL Class B Driver to support our mining and quarrying customers in Kaukauna, WI. In this role, you will transport explosives and related products to customer sites, perform safe loading and unloading, and complete pre- and post-trip inspections. You'll follow strict DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards while maintaining accurate delivery and compliance documentation. Working Monday shifts, you'll partner closely with site and blasting teams, contribute to a proactive safety culture, and gain exposure to innovative blasting operations and long-term career growth opportunities. Responsibilities Safely operate a CDL Class B truck to deliver explosives and related products to mining and quarry sites in the Kaukauna, WI area Follow all DOT, OSHA, and Orica safety standards, including pre-trip and post-trip inspections and proper load securement Handle, load, and unload explosives and accessories in compliance with strict safety and regulatory requirements Maintain accurate delivery logs, manifests, and required transportation documentation Communicate effectively with dispatch, site supervisors, and customers to coordinate timely deliveries Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report mechanical issues promptly Support blast site setup and product handling under direction of technical and blasting teams Participate in safety meetings, training, and continuous improvement initiatives Required Skills CDL Class B truck driving Safe hazardous materials handling DOT regulations and compliance Vehicle inspection and basic maintenance Load securement Routing and time management Documentation and log keeping OSHA and safety procedures Radio and dispatch communication Customer service at industrial sites
