ABM IS LOOKING FOR VALET FOR FULL-TIME POSITIONS 5 DAYS A WEEK. POSITION SUMMARY

The Valet is responsible to park and retrieve vehicles. The Valet will drive customer vehicles. They will comply with all traffic laws, facility policies and any pedestrian regulations. The Valet will always approach and greet all customers in a friendly and professional way. They will be quick and provide good customer service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Ensure each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes proactively greeting and thanking each customer. Operate, park and retrieve all vehicles in a safe manner by obeying all traffic laws, facility policies, and applicable pedestrian regulations. Maintain established policies, procedures, objectives, quality assurance, and safety. Inform customer of relevant services, hours of operation, and after-hours key retrieval. Assist in maintaining the ramp congestion-free through traffic control, monitoring illegal parking, and immediately storing vehicles. Follow established dress code and hygiene guidelines and proper work identification.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Must have a High School diploma or GED. Must be capable of driving both auto and manual transmissions. Ability to work in an environment that is not necessarily protected from weather and temperature changes with exposure to hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy weather conditions for long periods of time. Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid state-issued driver's license. Ability to walk/stand continuously.
