They specialize in selling and servicing farm equipment, parts and implements from top brands, such as CLAAS, Fendt and JCB. Lindstrom Equipment continues to grow with locations in Modena, Menomonie and Watertown.
Responsibilities:
Move equipment in and around the shop safely Wash, clean and prepare equipment before and after service Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment Deliver and pick up parts, equipment and supplies as needed Receive, organize and stock incoming parts and shop materials Perform basic maintenance tasks, including changing fluids, greasing equipment, replacing filters and checking tire pressures Operate forklifts, skid steers, tractors and other equipment safely Other tasks as assigned by the
Manager Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent is required Experience in agricultural equipment or a related field is preferred Experience in a customer service field preferred Understanding of farming practices and equipment is preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Excellent organizational and computer skills Ability to multitask Honest, dependable and self-motivated Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must have a reputable driving history and a valid driver's license Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds Stand, walk, bend, kneel throughout your shift
