Winter Seasonal, Full-Time Position Overview Ensures the orderly parking of incoming vehicles while maintaining positive guest relations and collection of all daily parking fees required. Job Duties Excellent guest service is required. Collects parking fees and distribution of daily parking passes Safe and orderly parking of incoming traffic. Daily trash pickup from parking lots and along village lot boundaries. Keeps all signs, cones, and marker poles straight and visible. Enforces parking rules (reports violators to Supervisor/Foreman). Ropes, stanchions and cones daily deployment and removal Sand icy areas when sanding vehicles are unavailable Assists troubled guests when possible. Snow and ice removal as assigned. Performs any project or other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Foreman. Cross trains to assist Guest Services.- Employees are held accountable for all duties of this job
