Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Ski Valet & Bellman Manager to lead our guest services team in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. In this role, you will manager and supervise slopeside ski and snowboard equipment storage for our Guests and Members, oversee valet parking operations and bellman services, ensuring smooth vehicle handling, and courteous guest interactions. Your leadership will foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests and members, promote safety protocols, and uphold the highest standards of customer service. Responsibilities Recruit, train and schedule all valet and bellman staff Supervise and coordinate valet parking operations, ensuring timely and safe vehicle handling for guests Lead bellman services by assisting guests with luggage, directions, and other needs with professionalism and enthusiasm Oversees the safe storage, drying, organizing, of ski and snowboard gear. Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management to resolve issues promptly and enhance service quality. Assist with hotel check-ins and check-outs by facilitating all luggage transport from guest vehicles to suites Ensure a clean and organized curbside and slopeside presentation Report any maintenance related issues to management

Requirements:

Proven experience in guest services or hospitality roles Knowledge of local area 1 year in a Leadership role Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service with a friendly attitude Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Ability to drive a manual and automatic vehicle
