Budtender

Overview This position is full time and is for days, evenings and weekends. Sat and Sun a must. We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Cannabis Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the right cannabis products for their needs. Your expertise in cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods will help create a welcoming and informative environment for our customers. Duties Greet and assist customers with their product selections, providing detailed information about various cannabis strains and products. Maintain an organized and stocked display of products, ensuring that all items are clearly labeled and accessible. Operate the POS system accurately for transactions, including cash register duties and managing inventory levels. Handle customer inquiries via phone with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a positive experience for all clients. Collaborate with team members to maintain cleanliness and organization within the store. Must be able to work long hours week nights and weekends. Some level of interpersonal skills. Must have a license. Experience Previous experience in retail sales is preferred. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers is essential. Cannabis knowledge a must! Must be 21 years of age
