Overview Budtender / Delivery Driver - Sage Seeds Cannabis Dispensary Sage Seeds is looking for reliable, friendly, and motivated individuals to join our growing team. We are seeking team players who are passionate about customer service, cannabis education, and creating a welcoming in-store experience. Responsibilities Assist and educate customers on products and promotions Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment Ring up customers accurately through the POS system Help maintain store cleanliness and organization Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and product organization Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations Support store goals and maintain a positive attitude during busy shifts Legally authorized to work in the United States Ability to pass pre-employment background check Must be able to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays and adhere to attendance policy Must have prior experience working in a heavily regulated industry necessary Must be friendly, outgoing and have a genuine passion for "service" and an ability to build relationships Must be open to change and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow Ability to work satisfactorily in a fast-paced environment Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team Follows Sage Seeds + NYS delivery protocols and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure driver, customer and vehicle safety and security (including inventory and assets) Safely and efficiently completes on-time scheduled deliveries of cannabis products directly to customers using a company-owned vehicle, while ensuring compliance with all state and local regulations, including verifying customer's identification, age and securing signatures Properly utilizes technology platforms to track inventory, provide on-demand customer support, delivery updates and real tracking to customers Delivery Driver Responsibilities Must be 21+ and have a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle Available to drive at least 3 days per week Comfortable driving approximately 20-40 miles per day Ensure timely and professional deliveries to customers Maintain communication with the store regarding delivery status and orders Qualifications Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable, punctual, and professional Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Customer service experience preferred Cannabis knowledge is a plus, but willingness to learn is most important Must be 21+ years old High School Diploma/GED and at least 1 year of customer service and delivery experience (Required) Skills/Experience/Requirements Must have and maintain a clean driving record. (Required) Must be at least 21 years of age. (Required) Legally authorized to work in the United States. (Required) High School Diploma/GED and at least 1 year of customer service and delivery experience. (Required) Ability to pass pre-employment background check. (Required) Able to complete basic math skills (add, subtract, divide, multiply) and must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English; bi-lingual a plus! Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
