Summary As a Building and Grounds Maintenance Worker at i2M, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of our facilities to ensure a clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environment. This role is essential to our commitment to excellence and supports our mission of delivering flawless results for our customers. Responsibilities Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various maintenance tasks. Conduct regular inspections of grounds to identify maintenance needs and report issues promptly. Assist in the installation of new features as needed. Maintain equipment used for grounds maintenance in good working order. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Qualifications Proven experience in a grounds maintenance roles. Familiarity with operating hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively. Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance is preferred. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work. Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
