- manufacturers and distributors of buckets, drives, augers, trenchers and attachments for skid steers, is looking for a Business Development and Marketing Manager for its' Berlon, Lowe, and Rock Solid brands.

President/CEO Base compensation $90,000 to $105,000 per yearJob Type:

Hustisford, WI Summary/Objective We are looking for a sales "HUNTER" that can also manage some marketing tasks internally and through an agency. The Business Development and Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation of our business objectives to effectively promote and represent Berlon products to our dealers and customers. A successful candidate will identify, review, qualify, select, train and launch new distributors and dealer accounts. A strong balance of forging direction, managing the process with a strong hands-on approach. Responsibilities Identify, establish a business relationship, and onboard potential new distributors and dealers throughout the USA Willingness to travel up to 30% to 40% of the time Designs and implements a strategic business plan to create new opportunities to expand our business and ensures its strong presence Strong understanding of company products and services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive Work closely with sales, our dealer network, and other departments and industry experts to identify new product opportunities Input in new product development and new product launches Conduct marketing campaigns using CRM software and other tools Develop key messages and talking points (i.e. features and benefits, market and competitive position, value propositions, etc.) Write and create press releases, oversee website and social media platforms Manage our annual catalog and product literature Manage and create digital assets including video and photography Plan and coordinate industry trade shows Qualifications Bachelor's or associate's degree in Sales, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in business development and / or marketing Above average knowledge of social media platforms, advertising, and analytics Exceptional communication and writing skills Knowledge of graphic design, camera operation, location and set management, audio, lighting, and sound editing Knowledge of software programs, primarily Adobe Create Suite, CRM, MS Office Suite, and Adobe Acrobat Industry or product related experience is a plusJob Type:
