• a manufacturer and distributor of buckets and attachments for skid steers, is seeking a highly motivated and organized Manufacturing Engineer to join our Engineering department.

Responsibilities Fixture Design:

Design fixtures and gauges using SolidWorks. Support manufacturing in new product development. Manage sample parts production.

Robot Welding Programming:

Program and maintain Fanuc, Cobot, and Yaskawa/Motoman weld systems. Write and modify welding programs.

Preventative Maintenance, Facility and Equipment:

Lead Capital projects for equipment and facilities. Develop work instructions, process routings, and facility layout. Improve productivity and reduce material waste. Drive cost reductions through process improvements. Champion

EHS, OSHA

& Regulatory compliance. Order and monitor consumables and maintenance components. Contribute to our Lean, Kanban and CI programs. Implement & support a preventative maintenance program.

Requirements Education:

• BS Degree in Engineering preferred, or associate's degree with relevant experience.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Manufacturing Engineering.
• Minimum of 1 years' experience in SolidWorks.
• Minimum of 1 years' experience Robot Welding Programming.

Skills:

• Strong Welding knowledge.
• Good working knowledge of computer systems; MS office, BOM and Routings.
• Ability to produce quality engineering drawings.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, including THC testing.

Friday:

6:00am

• 3:30pm 45 hours per week Work Location In-person at Berlon Industries Hustisford, Wisconsin facility

Compensation & Benefits Pay:

$80,000 to $95,000 per year, based on experience
