Press Brake Programmer/Operator-1st Shift

Berlon Industries, a manufacturer and distributor of buckets and attachments for skid steers, is looking for a Press Brake Programmer / Operator to become part of our team. Previous experience programming/operating Press Brake, Shear, and Plasma Cutter is required and should include knowledge of reading blueprints and drawings. Quality workmanship and attention to detail, able to work independently, and willingness to work overtime when necessary.

Full-time Hours are Monday-Friday 5:00am-2:30pm.

Pay range:

$21

50/hr to start-plus bonus opportunity. Review in 60 days.

Equipment Details:

We have an Ermaksan CNC controlled Brake Press with 2X back gauges, Niagara fixed tooling Brake Press, "NEW" refurbished 14' x 1/4" Shear with programmable front and back gauges, Messer 25' x 8' CNC programmable Plasma Cutter with downdraft that we program using Sigmanest software. Qualifications

• Experience in operating and programming press brake machines, shear, and plasma cutting equipment
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
• Familiarity with fabrication processes and quality inspection techniques
• Knowledge of basic math and mechanical principles
• Previous experience with sheet metal work and tooling is a plus
