Job Description
A Business Development Manager responsible for supporting the continued growth of the Georgia operations for underground utility infrastructure, trenchless rehabilitation, or municipal repair and maintenance services. This individual will play a key role in expanding the presence across the state by leveraging existing relationships and developing new opportunities within the municipal, utility, and heavy civil construction markets.
Required:
Existing relationships with municipalities, heavy civil contractors, consulting engineers, and prime contractors in Georgia. Proven ability to leverage relationships to generate work within the business' core services, particularly:CIPP CCTV
Inspection & Cleaning Manhole Rehabilitation 5+ years of business development or sales experience within underground utility infrastructure, trenchless rehabilitation, or municipal repair and maintenance services. Demonstrated success generating revenue and securing municipal or utility infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of municipal procurement processes, capital improvement programs (CIP), annual contracts, and contract vehicles. Self-starter with strong communication, relationship management, and organizational skills. Experience with CRM systems such as NetSuite or similar platforms preferred. Willingness to travel throughoutGeorgia Key Responsibilities:
Work alongside the existing Business Development team to transition and expand key customer relationships and accounts. Generate new business opportunities across Georgia by promoting the company's full suite of underground infrastructure services. Leverage existing industry relationships to drive awareness, qualify opportunities, and secure work with municipalities, utilities, engineers, and contractors. Develop and execute territory growth strategies focused on cross-selling multiple service lines. Conduct customer meetings, presentations, site visits, and relationship-building activities throughout the region. Coordinate closely with estimating and operations teams to develop competitive proposals and solutions. Maintain pipeline visibility, market intelligence, and opportunity tracking through CRM tools. Attend regional conferences, trade associations, and industry events to expand market presence and network reach. Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives.Pay:
