Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing appointments, and handling inquiries professionally. Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in hair styling, color theory, and customer service best practices. Support store management with retail inventory management, sales tracking, and upselling strategies to boost revenue. Experience Proven experience as a professional Hair Stylist or Barber with a strong portfolio of diverse styling techniques. Knowledge of salon software platforms such as MINDBODY or similar systems for scheduling and client records management. Skilled in hair coloring techniques based on color theory principles to achieve vibrant or subtle results. Experience performing specialized services like hair extensions, eyelash extensions, nail care, makeup application, and hair threading is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members alike. Background in retail sales, upselling products or services confidently while maintaining customer satisfaction. Certification in Cosmetology or Barbering required; additional training in sanitation standards is essential for safety compliance.
