Job Description

A local Credit Union is confidentially looking to add another member to their banking family. They are seeking a Business Loan Administrator with at least one year of prior experience that will support their loan officers and be a valuable member of the team. This opportunity would be great for a community-minded individual that appreciates the flexibility and excellent culture this Credit Union provides. The Credit Union offers a top-notch benefits package with opportunities to advance their career. Provide quality service to both internal and external customers. Service and respond to inquiries about business loans and accounts. Interact with other departments to respond to customer inquiries and/or solve member problems. Be the face of the Bank when interacting with the loan applicants to gather personal documentation. Prepare and assist in the preparation of management information reports, loan presentations and departmental correspondence.
Perform various functions:
loan maintenance, loan advances, transfers, loan payments, etc. Prepare monthly billing and reporting. Coordinate loan closings. Assist with completing General Ledger transactions used in the Credit Dept. Maintain collateral and insurance tracking to ensure required recordings and satisfactions have been recorded. Track financial information at the loan level to ensure required financials are up to date. Other duties as assigned or requested.
Qualifications:
Working knowledge of Word and Excel. Ability to work independently and multitask Ability to handle various projects at the same time, work under pressure, meet established guidelines, and prioritize work. Strong communication skills. Thorough knowledge of the loan policy, products, and services. Must know how to read and understand credit reports. Proficient knowledge of the Symitar and
