Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team supporting lending originations initiatives for personal loan and auto projects. Our team values collaboration and innovative problem-solving to deliver high-impact business solutions.

Responsibilities:

Attend daily stand-up meetings and actively participate in Agile ceremonies. Create and manage Jira stories to capture clear business requirements. Collaborate with line of business partners to gather and document requirements using tools like Figma and Confluence. Work closely with developers, a scrum master, and quality engineers to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

Required:

Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity supporting technology teams. Proficiency with Jira, Figma, and Confluence required. Demonstrated experience in writing user stories and gathering business requirements. Strong communication and collaborative skills, with experience working in Agile teams.
