Who We Are:

Fusion Learning Partners is a Minnesota-based, national nonprofit organization committed to creating environments that promote learning for the individuals, organizations, and the communities they serve. Through our two divisions, the Public Technology Institute and Catalyst Solutions Group, we provide a number of professional development and educational programs along with event and operational support services that empower mission driven organizations with the knowledge, tools, and collaborative support they need to thrive in a rapidly evolving world. With a focus on technology and innovation, we will continue to advance our core activities by producing a variety of fee-based, educational events and programs to individuals, as well as offering association, conference management and consultation services to organizations.

The Position:

Fusion Learning Partners is seeking volunteers to provide strategic guidance and fiduciary/operational oversight for the organization. Volunteer director of the governing board Three- year term starting in January, 2027 Prepare/attend/participate in quarterly meetings (virtual and/or in-person attendance) Support the organization via professional expertise, connections and identifying business opportunities Option to contribute as a member of board standing or ad-hoc committees Estimated 15 - 20 hour time commitment per year Ideal candidates will have one or more of the following professional backgrounds: Higher education Government marketing/communications Nonprofit Leader with financial expertise Private sector technology
