About us "Minutes Services" is a professional minute-taking service company in Virginia, United States. We are staffed with qualified minute-takers to provide minute-taking services to various corporations, condominium boards, associations, committees, government organizations, and non-profit organizations. We provide minute-taking staff for on-site and virtual meetings for various corporations across North America. We are seeking a candidate to attend business board meetings in person at various locations in the DMV Area (Maryland, Virginia, Washington DC) to document the meeting minutes/notes in accordance with our templates and methodical guidelines. The qualified applicant must be able to write a complete and accurate record of the meeting, including meeting date, time, and location; who was in attendance; a summary of the discussions for all agenda items; and a record of all official votes taken and motions passed. The experience or knowledge of minute-taking or note-taking for board meetings, seminars, conferences, condominium boards, healthcare, government, or non-profit organizations is required. Fluency in English with excellent Spelling and Grammar, proficiency with Microsoft Word, and a typing speed of over 80 words per minute are required. You must carry your own personal laptop to write meeting minutes/notes. You must be able to travel to the on-site location to attend the meeting in person.
