  • Tempe, AZ (Hybrid - on-site 2 days, Wednesdays and 1 other day)

  • $38.00 - $47.58 per Hour (depending on experience)
  • Position Summary
  • We are seeking a creative and self-directed
  • Organizational Change/Training Analyst
  • to support corporate change initiatives through the development and delivery of engaging training programs and enterprise communications.
This role requires a self-directed, collaborative professional who can plan, design, organize, analyze, develop, administer, and implement training and skill-development programs that support corporate change initiatives. The analyst will be hired to support a content modernization project focused on migrating files and information from a legacy system to Microsoft 365 applications, helping employees adopt modern tools, processes, and information management practices. The analyst will assess and improve training materials, videos, courses, and communications as program needs and maturity evolve. This position applies growth mindset principles to support change management activities and requires effective interaction with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • + Develop training products and enterprise communications that support the people side of change associated with systems, projects, and other corporate change efforts.
+ Support content modernization activities, including migration of files and resources from a legacy system to Microsoft 365 applications such as SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and related collaboration tools. + Develop learning products, job aids, communications, and adoption resources that help employees understand new content management expectations, file migration processes, and effective use of M365 tools. + Instruct and facilitate training workshops in both in-person and virtual settings. + Identify people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance, then develop and implement change management materials to address those needs. + Conduct proactive, self-directed learning, problem-solving, and research to identify options for solutions and improvements. + Integrate constructive feedback into project tasks, deliverables, and outcomes. + Maintain accurate records, schedule facilities, and coordinate all elements of assigned projects and tasks. + Test and ensure accuracy in all work products. + Maintain clear communication about current projects, upcoming work, and future needs. + Coordinate and align with employees, contractors, leaders, program teams, and subject-matter experts to understand and simplify complex topics and develop change management communications, campaigns, and training projects. + Support onboarding for new interns or contractors and perform related administrative tasks as needed, with strong attention to detail.
  • Skills & Qualifications
  • Required and Preferred Skills:
  • + Working knowledge of Articulate Storyline, Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, as well as Camtasia and Audacity.
Experience with Vyond or other video creation tools is preferred. + Willingness to learn new technologies and develop an understanding of corporate change initiatives. + Knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and modern content collaboration practices, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, file organization, metadata, permissions, and information lifecycle concepts. + Ideal candidates will have knowledge of artificial intelligence concepts and practical AI skillsets that can be applied to developing learning products, improving content quality, streamlining workflows, and creating process efficiencies. + Creative mindset with a background in communication, education, teaching, training, or related fields. + Ability to create computer-based training, job aids, reference materials, and video or audio content based on evolving requirements.

  • Pay Details:
  • $38.
