We constantly seek ways to reinvent and improve our Ads-wide Go To Market strategy to better serve our customers, and this triggers significant organizational change. We are seeking an experienced professional to drive the change across the Amazon Ads organization. In this highly visible role, you will develop the change management strategy to build awareness and knowledge about the change among product, marketing, sales and other cross-functional teams and the desire to adopt the change. You will apply industry best practices in change management, authoring documents to outline your strategy and drive leadership alignment on the same. The ideal candidate will have a few years of advertising industry experience and will have held a similar role at a peer company. Key job responsibilities Define the change management strategy for both major and ongoing changes, to build awareness and knowledge about changes among product, marketing, sales and other cross-functional teams and the desire in them to adopt the change. Help tailor industry frameworks for what great change management looks like, applying them to Amazon Ads Establish channels and mechanisms (workshops, webinars, eLearnings, emails, slack, etc.) to execute the change management strategy, and own the change management calendar. Continually refine the change management process to improve efficacy. Define KPIs for what success looks like and measure the same (e.g. GTM survey) Author documents for Director+ leadership audience to drive alignment on strategy and provide periodic performance updates.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) Experience communicating results to senior leadership Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs Bachelor's degree 3+ years experience in advertising industry
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
