Experience and Skills:
5+ Space Operations Experience 5+ years working manpower/personnel resourcing for the DoD preferred. 3+ years previous recruiting experience. B.S. desired. Previous work with Special Access Programs and experience working "Green Door" assignments. Familiarity with unit manning authoritative sources (STARS, RAW, UMD, AMS, Envision). Experienced in Microsoft Suite of applications. Advanced Communication Skills (verbal and written) Top Secret Clearance, SCI eligible In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role $110,000 to $145,000; however, Sigmatech considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, experience, education/training, key skills, location, and often contractual requirement.
