- Aquent is partnering with a prominent financial services organization dedicated to empowering individuals and institutions through innovative solutions and exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Support change managers in executing core change management activities, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness inputs.
- Draft and maintain a variety of change communications, such as emails, announcements, talking points, FAQs, and comprehensive leader toolkits.
- Tailor messaging effectively to suit different audiences, including organizational leaders, people managers, and general employees.
- Collaborate closely with training and change leads to ensure all communications are strategically aligned with learning initiatives and project rollout timelines.
- Manage communications calendars and assist in sequencing messages for optimal impact and timing.
- Support leader enablement by preparing essential cascade materials and engaging presentations.
- Track communication deliverables and assist in gathering valuable feedback and engagement data to refine strategies.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in change management, internal communications, or project communications.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a proven ability to craft clear and engaging content for business and employee audiences.
- Familiarity with fundamental change management concepts, including understanding impacts, adoption strategies, and resistance management.
- Demonstrated experience in creating professional PowerPoint presentations and a wide range of written communications.
- Comfortable and adaptable working in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Exposure to recognized organizational change frameworks (e.g., Prosci or similar methodologies).
- Experience supporting technology or process transformation initiatives. #LI-HC1
