The consultant will create practical change strategies, deliver clear communications, and support adoption efforts that improve readiness and long-term business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define change objectives, understand project scope, and translate business goals into actionable adoption plans.

  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and discussion forums that prepare teams to work effectively in the updated environment.
  • Analyze organizational readiness, anticipate resistance points, and develop mitigation actions to address risks and support successful adoption.
  • Provide hands-on guidance during rollout activities, respond to employee and manager concerns, and help reinforce change across the organization.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of change activities, lessons learned, and outcomes, while preparing status reports for stakeholders and senior leaders.
