Job Purpose or Objective:
The Change Management Specialist 4 is responsible for leading and owning enterprise-wide change management strategies while driving execution across complex, high impact IT initiatives. Focusing on the people side of change, this role builds strong relationships, influences leaders and stakeholders, and ensures alignment of change efforts across the organization for successful adoption and long-term outcomes.
Tasks:
1. Own and lead enterprise-wide change management strategies, ensuring alignment across multiple initiatives, programs, and departments 2. Lead large-scale, complex transformation efforts, connecting work across projects and programs to drive cohesive organizational change 3. Partner with leadership to advise on change impacts, risks, readiness, and adoption metrics, providing recommendations to support decision making and successful outcomes 4. Build and maintain strong working relationships across the organization, influencing leaders and stakeholders to drive alignment, engagement, and adoption 5. Align and coordinate change management activities across initiatives to ensure consistency in approach, messaging, and execution 6. Develop and execute change management plans for complex and enterprise level initiatives, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement efforts 7. Lead and manage a team of contractors and/or Change Management Specialists, providing direction, oversight, and support across initiatives 8. Anticipate organizational impacts, proactively identifying risks and interdependencies, and implementing solutions to address challenges before they arise 9. Lead stakeholder engagement efforts at all levels of the organization, including senior and executive leadership, to support alignment and decision making 10. Perform other duties that may be assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Organization Development or related field 3 years' experience in Change Management Ability to attain Change Management Certification within 90 days Excellent in communications, training and support, plus employee engagement Proven ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization Strong project planning, organizing, communication, and team motivation Strong consulting skills with the ability to influence others Experience with Cultural Change mindset in an organization
