Los Angeles, CA Work Schedule:
Hybrid — 3 days onsite per week
Compensation:
$80,000-$110,000 A highly respected Los Angeles-based organization is seeking an experienced Change Management Analyst to join its growing digital transformation team. This is an opportunity to play a key role in major enterprise technology initiatives that will impact how employees, teams, and visitors interact with digital tools and services. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and technology adoption. You'll work closely with project leaders, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to help ensure that major technology initiatives are effectively adopted across the organization. What You'll Do
+ Develop and execute change management strategies that drive successful adoption of new technologies, processes, and ways of working
+ Conduct change impact assessments, readiness assessments, stakeholder analyses, and organizational assessments
+ Develop comprehensive Communications, Engagement, Training, and Sponsor Plans
+ Design and coordinate communications that clearly explain upcoming changes and their impact on employees
+ Partner with project teams to identify change risks and develop mitigation strategies
+ Support the design and delivery of training and other adoption activities
+ Engage and influence senior leaders, project sponsors, and key stakeholders
+ Integrate change management activities into broader project plans and timelines
+ Manage stakeholder alignment in partnership with project managers and executive sponsors
+ Define and track adoption metrics, success measures, and change progress
+ Monitor issues and identify opportunities to improve user readiness and adoption
+ Coach project teams and provide guidance on change management best practices
+ Serve as a resource and mentor for junior change management professionals
+ Stay current on emerging change management methodologies, tools, and best practices Why Consider This Opportunity?

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
+ Demonstrated experience leading change initiatives associated with digital transformation, technology implementations, or enterprise platforms
+ Experience with employee-facing digital projects and/or Microsoft 365 transformation and optimization
+ Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, facilitation, and training skills
+ Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
+ Experience developing structured change management deliverables and plans
+ Strong organizational, analytical, and project management abilities
+ Comfortable working with senior leadership and cross-functional project teams Preferred Qualifications
+ Change management certification such as Prosci, CCMP, MSI, ATD, Cornell, or another recognized change management program
+ Experience with Microsoft 365 technologies, particularly Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
+ Experience supporting digital content, collaboration, communications, or customer/visitor-facing technology initiatives
