This is an opportunity to play a key role in major enterprise technology initiatives that will impact how employees, teams, and visitors interact with digital tools and services. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and technology adoption.
You'll work closely with project leaders, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to help ensure that major technology initiatives are effectively adopted across the organization.
What You'll DoDevelop and execute change management strategies that drive successful adoption of new technologies, processes, and ways of workingConduct change impact assessments, readiness assessments, stakeholder analyses, and organizational assessmentsDevelop comprehensive Communications, Engagement, Training, and Sponsor PlansDesign and coordinate communications that clearly explain upcoming changes and their impact on employeesPartner with project teams to identify change risks and develop mitigation strategiesSupport the design and delivery of training and other adoption activitiesEngage and influence senior leaders, project sponsors, and key stakeholdersIntegrate change management activities into broader project plans and timelinesManage stakeholder alignment in partnership with project managers and executive sponsorsDefine and track adoption metrics, success measures, and change progressMonitor issues and identify opportunities to improve user readiness and adoptionCoach project teams and provide guidance on change management best practicesServe as a resource and mentor for junior change management professionalsStay current on emerging change management methodologies, tools, and best practicesWhy Consider This Opportunity?
