Lead change management initiatives to facilitate the adoption of new labor sourcing processes. Partner with program leadership to align delivery milestones with strategic messaging. Manage stakeholder engagement across all levels of the organization to ensure buy-in. Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of communication and change efforts. What's Needed? 10+ years of professional experience in communications, change management, or related fields. Proven expertise in managing large-scale programs and complex initiatives. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders. Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
