Job Description:
This role partners with People Operations and cross-functional teams to lead automation, compliance, and project delivery across global HR operations, enabling scalable and AI-enabled solutions. Job Summary
  • Coordinate across global People Ops to identify process improvement and automation opportunities, facilitating future-state design workshops
  • Partner with IT by providing clear business requirements to deliver AI-enabled, scalable HR solutions
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for audit and compliance requirements, engaging broader People Ops resources as needed
  • Develop and govern standard frameworks, process documentation, and knowledge management practices across the People Ops team
  • Act as People Ops' primary liaison with IT partner organizations, including PPS, H2R, and CustomerZero
  • Cultivate cross-functional partnerships to ensure People Ops has early visibility into relevant initiatives and can influence direction
  • Translate project and initiative support needs back to People Ops leadership to drive successful outcomes
Minimum Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of hire-to-retire (H2R) processes on a global scale, including audit and compliance responsibilities
  • Demonstrated experience streamlining complex workflows and overlaying AI or automation tools to scale processes
  • Hands-on experience with Workday business processes
  • Experience with case management platforms such as Zendesk, Jira, or ServiceNow
  • Experience with AI automation platforms such as AppScript, NotebookLM, Codex, or similar tools
