•150,000 Ready to make transformation actually stick? We're looking for a hands-on Change Manager who knows how to turn major system implementations into successful user adoption. You'll drive change across 20+ companies, work directly with key stakeholders, and have a clear path toward Project Management Who you are: 5+ years of experience with system implementations, change management, user adoption, or business transformation. Proven experience helping lead or directly driving user adoption during major system implementations. Hands-on experience with training, documentation, requirements gathering, testing, stakeholder engagement, and end-user support. Strong communicator who can build relationships, navigate resistance, and get people excited about new ways of working. Experience with ERP, EPM, financial systems, or other enterprise technology implementations is preferred. What you'll do: Own change management and user adoption efforts for major system and transformation initiatives across multiple companies. Make sure new technology doesn't just go live-you'll help ensure employees understand it, embrace it, and actually use it. Create and deliver training, documentation, communications, FAQs, and other resources that make change easier for users. Gather requirements and feedback, identify adoption risks, and work directly with stakeholders throughout implementations. Be a go-to resource for end users during rollouts, helping solve problems, answer questions, and drive successful adoption.
