Beaverton, OR (Hybrid)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Transition Manager to support Procurement initiatives that are driving significant technology and process change across the business. This position will help prepare employee groups for change through clear communications, readiness planning, training content, and executive-ready materials.
Responsibilities:
Build and execute transition and readiness plans, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and adoption measures. Identify affected user groups, define what changes for each group, and prepare them ahead of go-live. Develop training content, job aids, enablement materials, executive presentations, and status updates in a polished and consistent format. Track readiness, escalate risks early, and support ongoing communication and adoption efforts across Procurement projects.
Required:
Minimum 8 years of transition management, change management, or organizational readiness experience on enterprise programs. Proven experience preparing large user populations for system or process change, including global or multi-region rollouts. Strong communication skills, including writing, editing, and audience-specific messaging. Excellent PowerPoint skills and a design background, with the ability to produce polished, visually clear materials for executive audiences. Experience building training content and enablement programs from scratch. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; change management certification such as Prosci or ADKAR is recommended.
