This role ensures that all changes to a hospital's IT systems—including servers, clinical applications, networks, and related infrastructure—are properly reviewed, approved, documented, and compliant with internal policies and external regulations such as HIPAA and Joint Commission standards. The individual will apply ITIL Change Management principles to support the administration of change activities by: Coordinating with technical teams to ensure adherence to ITIL best practices. Verifying required documentation and approvals in alignment with ITIL processes. Maintaining accurate records of change requests and approvals within the ITIL framework. Ensuring that impacted leadership and stakeholders are informed throughout the process. Driving continuous improvement of change management procedures based on ITIL guidelines.

5+ years of experience in a large, enterprise IT operations environment. 5+ years of experience managing processes and procedures. 3+ years of experience in managing technology implementations. 3+ years of process-owner/leader role. 3+ years of experience with modern ITSM ticketing and automation platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Zendesk).
