Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Kforce has a client in Houston, TX that is seeking a tactical and strategic Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst to support change initiatives within an IT organization.Summary:
This role will help implement OCM strategy, tools, and activities across IT projects and operations, with a focus on agility transformation, continuous improvement, and enterprise adoption. The OCM Analyst will manage end-to-end change activities, including stakeholder analysis, leadership alignment, communication and engagement planning, change impact analysis, training needs analysis/development, and change measurement. This person will work closely with key stakeholders to drive adoption, reduce resistance, and support successful implementation of IT initiatives.REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, IT, Business Management, or related field
- Master's degree or certifications such as PROSCI, Change Management, ADDIE/SAM, or PMP preferred
- 3-5 years of IT change management experience, including 2-3 years focused on IT initiatives
- Experience supporting large-scale IT change initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies, agile principles, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, training development, and change measurement
- Proven ability to lead adoption across multiple teams or departments
- Excellent written/verbal communication, interpersonal, influencing, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, assess and mitigate change risks, and create professional materials in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
