Job Description
Position Summary In this role, you will be at the center of a rapidly expanding change landscape, ensuring that network changes are delivered safely, efficiently, and with minimal impact to production services. You will work across engineering, operations, and application teams to enable continuous delivery while maintaining strong control and stability. This is a highvisibility role with a direct impact on service reliability, client experience, and enterprise risk posture. What Youll Do
- Lead Change Governance & Oversight
- Ensure network changes are executed in line with governance standards and risk controls
- Review and challenge highrisk changes to confirm readiness and mitigation planning
- Support go/nogo decisions to protect production environments Drive Execution Excellence
- Oversee global change activity across multiple regions and teams
- Validate readiness of changes, including implementation plans, rollback strategies, and stakeholder alignment
- Provide real-time oversight during key change windows Reduce Risk & Improve Stability
- Analyze change-related incidents and identify improvement opportunities
- Partner with engineering and operations to reduce failures and improve change quality
- Help drive initiatives to minimize production risk and service disruption Enable Cross-Team Coordination
- Act as a central point of coordination between infrastructure, application, and service teams
- Facilitate change governance forums (e.g., CAB/CAC)
- Ensure all impacted stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the change lifecycle Improve Processes & Scale Operations
- Help evolve change management processes to support high-volume, global delivery
- Drive adoption of standardized templates, runbooks, and best practices
- Support the use of tools (e.g., ServiceNow) to improve visibility, automation, and reporting Primary Skill-Agile tools (Jira) Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in network operations, infrastructure, or change management
- Strong understanding of change management principles (ITIL preferred)
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume, global environments
- Ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate across multiple teams
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Remedy or similar ITSM platforms
- Strong critical thinking and risk assessment skills Desired Qualifications
