Job Description

Position Summary The areas of focus for the Delivery Lead role includes support of engineering teams under the Service Request Fulfillment (SRF) umbrella. Candidate will be responsible for end-to-end ITIL change management. In this role the candidate will act as a gateway between engineering teams and application owners by managing a high volume of changes from creation to closure within ITSM Remedy and, in the future, ServiceNow. This position will require candidate to exhibit strict organizational skills in an environment with constant shifting priorities. A high-level understanding of existing and emerging technologies and business requirements. This position will interface directly with internal stakeholders and external suppliers/providers, architecture, product engineering, product management, and business management. At times, they may interface with various levels of senior management. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are a must. The candidate must be able to work on their own and successfully in team settings in various sizes and locations. Adherence and use of standards, product sets, templates, systems, and artifacts are important to the success of the individual, the department, and the firm at large.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with other internal/external bank teams such as Operations, Engineering, and Requestors on core design requirements/standards and impact assessment Maintain accurate records of requests and communications by utilizing the banks systems of record Communicate the status and progress to the customer daily via the banks systems of record and respond to requests from customers in a timely manner Adhere to bank processes, such as representing the change in Change Committee meetings & Design Review sessions Create, modify, and represent appropriate change records as required prior to implementing or hand-off Deployment in compliance with architecture standards and policies. Act as a consultant on a range of technologies where he or she is a subject matter expert. Follow reference models, blueprints, and playbooks to ensure the design is compliant. • 3-5 years of experience working in Change Management space Change management experience - ITSM experience preferred Foundational knowledge of ITIL processes Implementation knowledge of Agile framework & SCRUM ceremonies for project planning and work prioritization. Working knowledge of JIRA/Confluence Microsoft Excel & Power Point experience Demonstrated ability to reduce process complexities Desired Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or equivalent

Self-starter, self-directed and shows initiative Demonstrates ownership: Is accountable and can hold others accountable (professionally) Organized and detail oriented Strong technical acumen Ability to partner with others for the good of the initiative Must have strong analytical skills Experience working in an Agile environment Financial services (Insurance, Banking, Investment banking), is a plus. Has participated in design, implementation, or operations process of major IT projects
